Do gift cards expire?

No. Never. Once it's yours, it's yours — even after the disco balls come down.

Can I use one for a private event buyout?

Yes. Gift cards can be applied to any purchase — sim bay bookings, the bar, pro-shop gear, and private-event deposits.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes — up to 240 characters. It'll be printed on the card (if physical) or included in the email (if digital).

Are physical gift cards available?

Physical cards are available in-store starting at grand opening. Digital cards ship instantly.

What if I lose it?

Every card has a unique code. If yours is lost, email us and we can reissue it.
